Oneway Ops
An integrated commerce operations application being developed by ONEWAY DIGITAL LTD to bring multi-store catalog orchestration, AI-driven listing copy generation, and intelligent support workflows into one workspace.
In Development / Internal Tool. Oneway Ops is currently used across our internal commerce operations while we develop the platform for a broader SaaS rollout. Public registration is not yet available.
One workspace for commerce operations
Oneway Ops is being developed to connect the work behind a multi-store business: organizing product records and assets, preparing channel-specific listings, coordinating order operations, and supporting customer conversations. Intelligent automation is designed to reduce repetitive work while keeping store context and operator control central to each workflow.

Application and integration architecture
The application is the operational workspace for product data, content preparation and workflow coordination. Connected services support specific steps: Google Drive stores listing-image assets, Make coordinates the configured automation workflows, and Etsy receives listing data for the selected store.
Development also covers order coordination and support workflows alongside catalog publishing. The current internal deployment informs the broader platform; capabilities and availability will evolve during development.
Why it connects to Google Drive
The owner authorizes Google Drive access so Oneway Ops can upload and verify store-specific listing images. The configured publishing workflow then uses those images to prepare listings for the correct Etsy store.
Organize
Keep generated listing images in folders for each store and product.
Verify
Check uploaded image files before submitting a new listing draft.
Connect
Pass the selected images through the owner's configured Make and Etsy workflow.
Access stays under the owner's control
The Drive connection requests access to files created by or specifically shared with the app, rather than unrestricted access to every file in the account. The owner can disconnect the integration and revoke its Google account access.
